And 7 Others Counsel for Applicant :- Ved Prakash Shukla,Tushar Shukla Hon'ble Rohit Ranjan Agarwal,J. Personal affidavit of opposite party no. 3 has been filed wherein in para nos. 9, 10 and 11, it has been stated that pursuant to order of this Court dated 27.09.2023, five member committee had redetermined the arrears of salary of the applicant which was determined to the tune of Rs.23,83,899/- on 18.10.2023. Learned counsel for the applicant does not dispute that difference of arrears of salary has been paid into the account of the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant raised certain disputed facts as to the amount so quantified by opposite party. As there is dispute regarding the fixation, the same cannot be gone into contempt jurisdiction under Section 12 of Contempt of Courts Act. In view of said fact, as the order of writ Court has been substantially complied with, the contempt application is rendered infructuous and the same stands dismissed. Contempt notice stands discharged. However, leaving it open to the applicant to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.
