¶1Heard Sri Abhishek Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rajesh Kumar Madhesiya, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 08.08.2023 in Case Crime No. 0242 of 2023, under Sections 379, 411 IPC and 4/21 Mines an Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 and under Section 3(1), 58, 72(6) of Uttar Pradesh Minor Minerals (Concession) Rules 2021, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Hamirpur.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 271 of 2023 has been filed on 21.09.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
