¶1Heard Sri Arun Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Utkarsh Singh, Advocate holding brief of learned counsel for the respondent.

¶2Solitary grievance of the petitioner appears to be long pendency of application seeking mutation of name of petitioner over plot no. 51 C-Block Panki, Kanpur Nagar. That application is stated to be pending since 27.12.2021 before respondent no.4.

¶3Without entering into the merits of the case, we disposed of with the direction upon respondent no.4 to proceed to hear and decide petitioner's application seeking for mutation after hearing all necessary parties by a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from today.
