¶1Heard Sri Akhilendra Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Sanjay Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Virendra Kumar Pal, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 03.08.2023 in Case Crime No. 523 of 2023, under Sections 498 a, 323, 504, 506, 427 I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kotwali Chhibramau, District Kannauj.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 522 of 2023 has been filed on 15.10.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
