¶2No one appears on behalf of the appellant to press this appeal. Sri Bade Lal Bind, learned counsel for the State is present, who has been heard.

¶3The present appeal has been filed by the appellant-Jalaluddin, against the judgement and order dated 08.02.2007 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, (Fast Track Court No. 3), Mainpuri, in S.T. No. 202 of 2003 (State vs. Sanju & Others), under Sections 323/34, 325/34 and 308/34 I.P.C., P.S.- Kishni, District Mainpuri.

¶4As per office report dated 12.102.2023 a report from C.J.M. concerned was called for regarding living status of the appellant in present appeal. In compliance of the said order, C.J.M. concerned vide letter dated 08.08.2023 informed that the appellant-Jalaluddin has died. The said report has been sent after due enquiry.

¶5Accordingly, the appeal stands abated.
