¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondent and learned Standing Counsel and perused the record.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 11.09.2023 passed by the Additional Commissioner (Administration) Vindhyanchal Mandal, Mirzapur in case No. 168/2022 Ram Pratap and others versus Triloki Nath and others and order dated 30.01.2019 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate Sadar, District Mirzapur in Case No. T201816530109820 under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 Triloki Nath Versus State."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing revision under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶4Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition.
