¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 02.10.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 0276 of 2023, under Sections 307, 34 I.P.C. and Section 3/25 Arms Act and Section 13 of Gambling Act and Section 4/5 Explosive Substances Act, Police Station Karadham, District Kaushambi.

¶3No one is present to press this petition.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
