¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA appearing for the State.

¶2The present application has been filed by the applicants under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with the prayer to quash the charge sheet dated 03.07.2019 and cognizance order dated 19.10.2019 as well as entire proceeding of S.T. No.127 of 2019 (State vs. Sushil), arising out of Case Crime No.19 of 2019, under Sections 363, 366 IPC and Section 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station Unchha, District Mainpuri, pending in the court of Additional District Judge/Special Judge POCSO Act, Mainpuri.

¶3After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to the applicant to file bail application before the court of competent jurisdiction.

¶4Learned A.G.A. has no objection to such request.

¶5In view of the above, the instant application is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to appear before court concerned and file appropriate application for regular bail within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be decided by the court concerned, in accordance with law.

¶6It is made clear that no further time shall be allowed to the applicants t surrender before the court concerned.
