¶2Challenge has been laid to the demolition order dated

04.10.2023 passed by respondent no. 2.

¶3Clearly the said order is revisable under Section 41(3) read with Section 12 of the U.P. Industrial Area Development Act, 1976.

¶4In face of such statutory alternative remedy available, we decline to exercise our extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

¶5However, in the facts of the present case, we leave it open to the petitioner to file such revision within a period of three weeks from today. If such compliance is shown the revision may be heard and decided on its own merit without raising any objection as to the limitation.
