This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner with prayer to issue necessary direction to the court concerned to decide the case filed by her under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act within stipulated period. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. From perusal of record it appears that complaint filed on 16.5.2023 and opposite party put in appearance through counsel on 28.8.2023 whereupon 15.10.2023 was fixed for filing written statement. The court concerned is directed to expedite the hearing of the case and every efforts be made to decide the same as early as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of the order.
