¶1Heard Sri J. Nagar, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Pratik J. Nagar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the Union of India.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer for a direction to the respondents to decide his representations dated 07.07.2023 and 18.09.2023 within stipulated period.

¶3Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.

¶4Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the authority concerned to decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously.
