¶1The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant against order of non bailable warrant dated 12.07.2023 passed by the concerned court below.

¶2At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant does not want to press this application, therefore, she may be allowed to withdraw this application.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State as well as learned counsel for opposite party no.2 have no objection to such prayer of the applicant.
