Present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed with prayer to issue a direction to the court below to decide the application dated 1.12.2022 filed in Complaint Case No. 2447 of 2015 (Vakeel Ahmad vs. Ashlam) under Section 365 IPC, P.S. Vindhyachal, District Mirzapur wherein prayer has been made to cancel bailable warrant issued against them and accept appearance of the accused through counsel. Accused petitioners are at present residing in Saudi Arabia to earn their livelihood. The said application is pending since 1.12.2022. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the State. The court concerned is directed to hear and decide the application strictly in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
