¶1In pursuance to the order dated 28.10.2023, however, neither any affidavit has been preferred on behalf of respondent No.2 nor he is present in person, although it has been submitted by Sri Dhananjay Singh, learned Standing Counsel that restoration application is already pending wherein the next date fixed for

23.11.2023 and as such, the proceeding in pursuance of the order dated 27.6.2023 in shape of erection of permanent marks has not been carried out by the respondent.

¶2Giving regards to the statements made by learned Standing Counsel which is supported with the submission extended through the instructions the writ petition stands disposed of. However, learned counsel for petitioner was not aware about the facts. It has been mentioned by learned Standing Counsel as such, relevant portion of the copy of the instructions may be provided to learned counsel for petitioner.
