¶1Heard Shri Udai Shankar Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the State respondents.

¶2In pursuance to the order dated 1.11.2023 respondent No.2. i.e. Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Kasimabad, District Ghazipur is present. An application on behalf of respondent No.2 has also been filed seeking exemption from further personal appearance, the application is supported with the affidavit in para 8 whereof the number of the application dated 21.9.2022 filed by the petitioner under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been mentioned as Computerized Case No.T202314291103299.

¶3Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that grievance of the petitioner would be redressed in case the aforesaid case No. T202314291103299 is decided by respondent No.2 in a time bound manner.

¶4Learned Standing Counsel submitted that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate direction may be issued to the respondent No.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner.

¶5Be that as it may, without interfering into the merits of the case, respondent no.2 is hereby directed to decide the Computerized Case No.T202314291103299 (Smt. Bhiraji Devi Vs. Gaon Sabha and others) as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of nine months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

¶6The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
