¶1Heard Sri Suresh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to issue writ of mandamus directing the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to provide security to the petitioner and her family and also direct them to decide the applications of the petitioner.

¶3At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh before the appropriate Court.
