¶1Heard Sri Mahendra Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ankit Kapoor, learned counsel for the informant and Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing of the impugned first information report dated 28.05.2023 in Case Crime No. 109 of 2023, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Ram Nagar, District Varanasi.

¶3After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

¶4Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
