Firm Nilofer Hide), under Section 138 N. I. Act, PS Kotwali, District Kanpur Nagar within time stipulated by this Court. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the aforesaid case is pending since 2022 and thus a suitable direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time. No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to learned Metropolitan Magistrate-9, Kanpur Nagar to consider and decide the Complaint Case No. 93156 of 2022 (Firm Bilal Hide Supplier Vs. Firm Nilofer Hide), under Section 138 N. I. Act, PS Kotwali, District Kanpur Nagar expeditiously preferably within a period of six months, in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the party, provided there is no legal impediment.
