By means of the present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rampur to consider and decide the Complaint Case No. 199 of 2018 (Shamsher Singh Vs. Malkeet Singh), under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C., PS Bilaspur, District Rampur within time stipulated by this Court. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the aforesaid case is pending since 2018 and thus a suitable direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time. No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to learnedlearned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rampur to consider and decide the Complaint Case No. 199 of 2018 (Shamsher Singh Vs. Malkeet Singh), under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C., PS Bilaspur, District Rampur expeditiously, in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the party, provided there is no legal impediment.
