¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The instant petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to constitute the Revenue Committee and properly measurement the plot of the petitioner within a stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities not to dispossess the petitioner from his holdings plot no.1208 ka and 1208 kh situated at Village Katiya Majara Sesa Subkara, Tehsild Mau, District Chitrakot."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that for the relief claimed, petitioner has an alternative remedy under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶4In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the matter.
