¶1Personal affidavit filed today is taken on record.

¶2The I.O. of the case, namely, Krishan Kumar Gautam is present today before the Court.

¶3It was brought to the notice of this Court that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 10.10.2023, a detailed instructions were sent by the police and was received as well on 12.10.2022 in the office of the State Counsel but however, no specific averment was made in the light of the order dated 10.10.2023. It has been deposed by the I.O. of the case that he has taken charge of the investigation of this case on 21.10.2023 and he had no knowledge at all about the previous order of this Court. It is submitted that the I.O. has deposed that the police is not making any attempt to arrest the present applicant in this case.

¶4In view of that, there is no need to proceed with the matter.

¶5Personal appearance of the I.O. has been exempted.
