¶1Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 1 and Mr. Kushmondeya Shahi, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents No. 2 & 3.

¶2Petitioner, in this writ petition, has stated that he is working on the post of Head Master in Primary School Deeh, Block Baharia, District Prayagraj. Petitioner has further stated that he was entitled for one annual increment in the salary w.e.f. July, 2017 but the said benefit has not been given to him.

¶3Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has invited attention of this court towards representation dated 11.09.2023, whereby petitioner has raised his grievance before the District Basic Education Officer, Prayagraj but till date decision, in the matter, has not been taken.

¶4On the other hand, Mr. Kushmondeya Shahi, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents No. 2 & 3 has submitted that since petitioner has already submitted representation to the District Basic Education Officer, Prayagraj, therefore, his grievance can be considered and redressed by the said authority.

¶5In view of the aforesaid submissions advanced by the learned counsels appearing for the parties, without entering into the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to Respondent No. 2 to consider and decide petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2023 contained in Annexure No. 3 to the writ petition within a period of two months from the date of service of certified copy of this order Order Date :- 9.11.2023 Gaurav High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
