By means of the present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad to consider and decide Case No. 10458 of 2022 (State Vs. Shagufta Begam and 6 others) arising out of Case Crime No. 229 of 2018, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC, Police Station Ramgarh, District Firozabad within time stipulated by this Court. It was submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that initially the FIR was lodged under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC. After conclusion of investigation no charge sheet was filed and FR was submitted, thereafter a protest petition was moved by the applicant which was registered as Complaint Case. The evidence under Section 200 and 202 Cr.P.C. has been recorded and the case is pending since 10.10.2020 for passing of order. It is also submitted that on 04.09.2023 an expedite application was also moved by the applicant which was directed to be put up on the date fixed. No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed off with a direction to Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad to consider and decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, in accordance with law.
