¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Devesh Vikram, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

¶2By means of present writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a direction in the nature of mandamus to the respondent no.2 to decide her application filed under Mukhyamantri Kisan Durghatana Bima Yojana.

¶3In response to earlier order of this Court dated 02.11.2023, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has placed instructions dated 07.11.2023 sent by the District Magistrate, Kanpur and on the basis of instructions he submits that the claim of the petitioner has been rejected by the District Level Committee vide order dated 24.07.2023.

¶4Considering the facts and circumstances, we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Needless to say, it is open to the petitioner to file review or press the relief before appropriate authority.
