This criminal appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 16.05.2023 passed by Special Judge SC/ST (PA) Act, Etah, in Session Case No. 797 of 2023, arising out of Case Crime No. 44 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3(2)(Va) of SC/ST (PA) Act, P.S. Sakeet, District Etah, whereby the appellant was summoned to face the trial. In the Court, learned counsel for the appellant only submitted that some direction be issued to the Court concerned regarding bail as he wants to surrender before the trial court. The appeal is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the trial court that if the appellant appears before the trial court within 15 days from today and moves an application before the trial court, the same shall be disposed of as soon as possible in view of the law laid down in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
