¶1Heard Shri Ajay Sengar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondent.
¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 30.09.2023 in Case Crime No. 0303 of 2023, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, Police Station Kalpi, District Jalaun.
¶3After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
¶4Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
