¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.

¶2The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to direct the court below to decide the proceeding of Complaint Case No. 4204 of 2022 (Udita and others vs. Shailendra Gautam and others), under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station New Agra, District Agra, pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Agra, expeditiously within a stipulated time.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court concerned is directed to make an endeavour to decide the pending case referred to above strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight months expeditiously preferably without granting any unnecessary or unduly adjournments to the parties concerned.
