¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.

¶2The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to direct the court below to decide the proceeding of Criminal Case No. 69/9 of 2012 (State vs. Shahnawaz), arising out of Case Crime No. 413 of 2011, under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Bhopa, District Muzaffar Nagar, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 1, Muzaffar Nagar, expeditiously within a stipulated time.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court concerned is directed to make an endeavour to decide the pending case referred to above strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight months expeditiously preferably without granting any unnecessary or unduly adjournments to the parties concerned.
