31.7.2023, whereby the bail application filed on behalf of juvenile has been rejected. It appears that in view of the provisions of Section 101 of Juvenile Justice Act, against an order passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, appeal lie to the Children Court of the district concerned. In view of aforesaid, learned counsel submits that the instant appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file appeal before the competent Court. In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned orders to learned counsel for the appellant.
