A compliance affidavit has been filed by the Nagar Ayukt, Nagar Nigam, Prayagraj by Mr. S.D. Kautilya, Advocate. It is taken on record. In paragraph no. 2 of the affidavit, it is averred:

¶2That in pursuance of the order dated 06.11.2023 in Writ Petition No. 15375 of 2023, Durgesh Kumar Mathur vs. State of U.P. and others the engagement order has been issued by the deponent on 08.11.2023. A copy of the order dated 08.11.2023 issued by the deponent is being annexed herewith and marked as Annexure No. 01 to this affidavit. Along with the affidavit, a copy of an office order dated

08.11.2023 has been annexed, which shows that the petitioner has been given charge and permitted to join on 08.11.2023. The petitioner will now be assigned work and paid his salary regularly like other employees, similarly circumstanced. This writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
