¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari and call for record of the case and quash the order dated 06.10.2023 passed by respondent No.3 in case no. T20231128208015 of 2023 u/s 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Gram Sabha Sarna, Muradnagar vs. Girish Tyagi) (Annexure No.1).

ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 to decide the application dated 16.02.2021 for filed by father of the petitioner seeking correction of name in the revenue record as per order of civil court within a stipulated period."

¶3A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that the alleged order dated 6.10.2023 is a notice RC Form 20 under the provision of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 against which petitioner has right to file objection and evidence in support of his objection and in case, order is passed against the petitioner, petitioner has a right to file an appeal u/s 67(5) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶4In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the matter.
