¶1In pursuance of our previous order, the State respondents have furnished instructions to the State counsel, according to which, the subject land is not getting affected by the widening of the road.

¶2Counsel for the petitioners submitted that part of the house of the petitioners and Sahan has already been demolished by the respondents for construction of six lane road. However, there is no specific assertion in the writ petition in this behalf, rather the case set up in the writ petition is that the respondents intend to demolish the house of the petitioners for construction of six lane road and based on the said assertion, the petitioners have prayed for a direction to the respondents to pay compensation to them.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioners, after making brief submissions, prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to avail other remedies.
