¶1The present revision has been filed challenging the order dated
08.05.2023 passed by the Additional District Judge (Court No. 1), Firozabad in S.C.C. Suit No.05 of 2018 (Ajay Gupta and others vs. Deepak Kumar Pandey and other).
¶2By the aforesaid order, an application No. 67ka filed under Order 6 Rule 17 read with Section 151 C.P.C., by which an amendment sought for by the defendant-revisionist was rejected.
¶3After some arguments, a prayer has been made by Shri Madhav Jain, learned counsel for the revisionists to dismiss the present revision as not pressed with liberty to challenge the aforesaid order in case the final decision is taken against the revisionists in the suit in question.
