Judgment
Court No. - 9 Case :- CONTEMPT APPLICATION (CIVIL) No. - 8303 of 2023 Applicant :- Mr. Lovelesh Kumar Verma Opposite Party :- Navneet Singh Chahal,D.M. And 4 Others Counsel for Applicant :- Braj Mohan Singh Hon'ble Rohit Ranjan Agarwal,J. Heard Sri Braj Mohan Singh, learned counsel for the applicant. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that an illegal construction is going on outside Gate No.5 of this Court. He further contends that a representation has been moved before the District Magistrate, Prayagraj, but the same has not been decided, till date. When the Court confronted to the counsel the fact as to what the illegality is being done, he could not point out any such illegality in the construction of temple, which is outside the boundary wall of this Court. As reliance is only upon the representation which has been made on 30.10.2023 to the District Magistrate, Prayagraj, apart from that, nothing has been brought on record by the applicant. In view of the said fact, contempt application is misconceived and the same stands dismissed. Order Date :- 16.11.2023 SK Goswami High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
