22.05.2023 passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Varanasi in Misc. Case No.87 of 2023 (Bela Devi vs. Afreen Begum) by means of which the trial court has stayed further proceedings of Misc. Case No.87 of 2023 in view of pendency of the connected petition, being Matters under Article 227 No.3954 of 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that since the aforesaid connected petition, being Matters under Article 227 No.3954 of 2023, has been dismissed today, he does not wish to press the present petition and he would move an appropriate application before the trial court for proceeding with the case.
