¶1Heard Sri Faiz Ahamd holding brief of Sri Imran Ullah, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Ram Niwas Yadav holding brief of Ms. Priti Singh, learned counsel appearing for the informant and Sri Ratan Singh, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 21.9.2023 registered as Case Crime no. 676 of 2023, under Sections 380, 420 IPC, P.S. Kausikalan, District Mathura. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.

¶3Learned A.G.A. has informed this Court that in the present case charge-sheet no. 677 of 2023 dated 27.10.2023 has already been submitted.
