¶1Sri Shiv Kumar, Advocate holding brief of Sri Vijay Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicants had challenged the final report (charge-sheet) filed against them and the matter is still pending. There is likelihood of success in the said case. Learned counsel has also stated that the present application has been rendered infructuous as the final report (charge-sheet) has been filed, hence, it may be dismissed as withdrawn.

¶2None is present on behalf of the informant even in the revised call. However, Sri S.P. Pandey, learned AGA is present and he has no objection to the aforesaid request.
