¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.

¶2The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer that court below be directed to decide the Complaint Case No. 2791 of 2021, expeditiously within a stipulated period.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the lower court may be directed to decide the complaint as mentioned above expeditiously within a time frame as decided by this Court.

¶4Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, as the complaint case is pending at the stage of summoning since 2021. No order has been passed thereon even having heard by the counsel for the parties and the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case within a period of two months from today expeditiously fixing short dates in the matter if there is no other legal impediment.
