The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that his first information report against respondent Nos. 4 and 5 is not being registered by respondent No. 6, i.e., S.H.O., P.S. Fazalganj, District-Kanpur Nagar. The petitioner has the remedy to file an application under Section 156(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, and therefore, the prayer to issue a mandamus commanding the S.H.O., P.S. Fazalganj, District-Kanpur Nagar to register first information report of the petitioner is rejected. The petitioner may approach the forum as noted above. The petition is disposed of.
