¶1The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that the respondent nos. 4 to 7 have taken illegal possession of the plot of the petitioner and the present petition has been filed for a direction to the concerned State-officer to get the plot of the petitioner vacated.

¶2The petition involves disputed questions of fact which can only be decided on evidence and, therefore, writ proceedings are not the appropriate remedy for the relief prayed by the petitioner. The petitioner has the remedy to institute appropriate proceedings before the civil court.
