¶1Heard Shri Deependra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Shri Ravi Prakash Pandey, learned counsel for respondent No. 2-Development Authority.

¶2Grievance of the petitioner is that her application seeking mutation is pending before respondent No. 2 since 21.08.2023.

¶3Learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 submits that if the application of the petitioner is pending, the same would be decided after considering all the aspects of the case and appropriate order would be passed.

¶4Without entering into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of expecting respondent No. 2 to pass appropriate order on the pending application of the petitioner, if already not decided, within two months from the date of filing of certified copy of this order.
