¶1Today when the matter is taken up, it is informed by Sri Anshul Tiwari, learned counsel along with Sri Pratik Chandra, learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition due to the reason that he has already filed a withdrawal application before the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Varanasi to withdraw the E.S.I. Case No.3 of 2012.
