¶1Heard Shri Ali Hasan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri G.P. Singh, learned AGA for the State respondents.

¶2Present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated 18.10.2023, registered as Case Crime No.0233 of 2023, under Section 379 IPC, Section 4/21 Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 and Section 58 U.P. Miner Minerals (Concession) Rules, 2021, Police Station Kadaura, District Jalaun.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to the petitioner in accordance with law.

¶4Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
