¶1Heard Shri Vinay Kumar Patel, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing for the State-respondents and Shri Bhupendra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha.

¶2In pursuance to the earlier order, learned Standing Counsel came up with instructions, which is taken on record, through which, it has transpired that the restoration application has already been preferred before respondent no.3, which is pending and the date fixed for hearing on 21.12.2023, which virtually restrained the respondent authorities from taking any action in pursuance of the order passed under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶3Be that as it may, without interfering into the merits of the case, respondent no.3 is hereby directed to decide the restoration application, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
