¶1Sri Ajay Vikram Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for sometime fairly submits that petitioner has filed a purported application under Rule 109 of Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Rules, 1954 and he referred Annexure No.6 in this regard and further submits that same may be considered by the authority concerned though he fairly submits that till date it appears that said application has not been numbered.

¶2Ms. Tanu Roopanwal, learned Standing Counsel submits that in case any proper application has already been filed or if filed within one week, same will be numbered accordingly and the authority concerned will take all endeavour to pass appropriate orders.

¶3In the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with direction that in case an application has already been filed before the Consolidation Officer or if a fresh application is filed within a period of one week from today, same shall be numbered accordingly and the Consolidation Officer will pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
