¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2By means of present writ petition the petitioner has sought following principal reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ order and direction in the nature of mandamus to respondent no.2, District Magistrate, Kaushambi to decide the representation dated

23.09.2023 (Annexure No.2) moved by the petitioner;

(ii) Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case."

¶3So far as the grievance of the petitioner is concerned, this Court finds that the petitioner has already filed representation dated

23.09.2023 before the District Magistrate, Kaushambi (respondent no.2) for redressal of his grievance, which is still pending consideration.

¶4No useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending.

¶5In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the District Magistrate, Kaushambi (respondent no.2) to decide the petitioner's representations strictly in accordance with law after hearing all the stakeholders in the matter within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
