This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to direct the respondents authorities to take appropriate action against the encroachers/private respondent nos.7&8 and a further prayer to direct the respondents authorities to make the construction of Sarkari Swasthya Up-Kendra upon the land of Navin Parti of Arazi/Gata No.575 (Area 0.300 hectare) situated at Gram Panchayat-Mudsan, Post-Mudsan, Pargana, Tehsil/Vikas Khand-Sahaswan, Police Station-Mujariya, District-Budaun. At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel submits that this writ petition with the aforesaid prayer cannot be entertained as there is a proper provision under Section 67 of U.P.
