¶1Petitioners have approached this Court challenging only the consequential orders passed in pursuance of order dated

03.09.1991 passed by Additional Pargana Adhikari and admittedly it has not been challenged till date.

¶2Sri Vinod Shankar Tripathi, learned counsel for petitioners, submits that in absence of a proper legal advice petitioners have not challenged that order and prayed that this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to petitioners to challenge the same in accordance with law.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel appearing for State-Respondents have no objection to aforesaid prayer.
