Sri Rajneesh Kumar holding brief of Sri Sangam Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the present writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn with the relief for payment of arrears of salary to the writ petitioner from June, 2022 to 14.11.2022 along with the payment of Rs.34,675/- being Transfer Travelling Allowance (TTA) since July, 2021 as according to him there is already a writ petition bearing no. Writ-A No.7404 of 2023. Sri Rakesh Kumar and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents have no objection to the same. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the writ petitioner to move appropriate application if so permissible and available under law in the pending writ petition.
