¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.

¶2Applicant has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court assailing the order dated 04.10.2022, passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No.2, Allahabad in proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and its consequential order dated

23.03.2023 by which recovery warrant has been issued.

¶3Learned A.G.A. has raised preliminary objection with respect to the maintainability of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. on the ground of availability of alternative remedy to approach before the Court competent by way of filing with regular revision.

¶4I found substance in the submission as raised by learned A.G.A.

¶5As such, instant application is dismissed on the ground of availability of the alternative remedy as advised.
